Common Questions & Support Guide

How do I open the copilot drawer on a retailer product page? +

You can toggle the drawer at any time by pressing Cmd+Shift+A (on Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+A (on Windows). You can also click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar or right-click any product title and select “Analyze with Arbitrage AIssistant”.

What should I do if a store product doesn’t match automatically? +

If an item does not immediately match via UPC, you can paste the Amazon ASIN directly into the top search bar inside the drawer, or click the “Search Amazon by Title” shortcut button.

How do I report a retailer site update or bug? +

Retail websites periodically redesign their pages. If a supported retailer stops auto-populating buy prices, please send us the exact product URL using the contact form below or email morelmediallc@gmail.com. We push edge scraper updates within 24 hours.

How do I uninstall or remove the extension? +

To remove Arbitrage AIssistant, right-click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar and select “Remove from Chrome…”, or go to chrome://extensions and click “Remove”. All locally stored preferences will be cleared immediately.
